Refund & Return Policy

At MJ Jungle Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Undergarments and swimwear
• Personalized or custom items
• Gift cards
• Altered, worn, or customer-damaged items
• Items returned after 30 days

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@mjjunglewear.com with your order number and reason
2. Receive an RMA number and return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Package the item(s) securely with the RMA number
4. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Incorrect Items: Prepaid return label provided free
• Change of Mind: Flat-rate fee of £4.95 deducted from refund

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. If out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mjjunglewear.com with your order number, description, and photos.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancel within 2 hours of placing your order at support@mjjunglewear.com.
